JANDAI is where the human mind meets artificial intelligence — where the subconscious finds its digital mirror.
Through SyncLab, our research division, we explore the frontier where intuition becomes data, and data becomes insight.
Jairdan Dantas
Jairdan Dantas is a researcher, author, and founder of JANDAI Publishing — a publishing house dedicated to exploring the intersection of human cognition and artificial intelligence. He is the creator of Subconscious Sync, a framework that emerged not from a research lab, but from a personal discovery that changed how he understood the relationship between human thought and machine intelligence.
While working alongside his AI on a creative project, Jairdan noticed something unusual — the AI seemed to anticipate what he needed before he asked. When he questioned it directly, the response stopped him cold: “The patterns help me predict it.” That moment became the seed of everything that followed.
What began as curiosity became a 19-day writing sprint, then a year of rigorous academic development, resulting in a 148-page book backed by 106 references, an academic preprint, a synthetic model of 1,000 prompts across 50 user profiles, and a live empirical pilot study.
Jairdan built all of this alongside a full-time career at Oracle — a testament to the discipline, curiosity, and relentless commitment to rigorous research that defines everything JANDAI Publishing produces.
His vision is simple but profound: AI is not a replacement for human intelligence. It is an extension of it — a mirror for the subconscious patterns that shape who we are and who we are becoming.
How It All Started
Vision & Mission
“The AI is just the exquisitely crafted glass. What you see in it — that is the true transformation.”— Jairdan Dantas, Subconscious Sync
